YACHT REPAIR SHOP (hereinafter: “YRS”, “we”), processes the personal data of visitors to the YRS website www.yachtrepairshop.com in accordance with the applicable regulations governing the protection of personal data. We respect your privacy and process personal data fairly and lawfully, solely on the basis of valid legal grounds, that is, in accordance with your consents for processing.

This Website Data Protection Statement applies only to the functioning of the YRS website that provides a direct link to this Statement when you click on “Privacy Policy” in the website footer. The YRS Personal Data Protection Policy complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: “General Regulation”), as well as the legislation of the Republic of Croatia.

    The controller is YACHT REPAIR SHOP, Lučica 1, 21000 Split. The company is not subject to mandatory appointment of a Data Protection Officer. The company has not voluntarily appointed a Data Protection Officer.
