YACHT REPAIR SHOP (hereinafter: “YRS”, “we”), processes the
personal data of visitors to the YRS website
www.yachtrepairshop.com in accordance with the applicable
regulations governing the protection of personal data. We
respect your privacy and process personal data fairly and
lawfully, solely on the basis of valid legal grounds, that is,
in accordance with your consents for processing.

functioning of the YRS website that provides a direct link to
this Statement when you click on “Privacy Policy” in the website
footer. The purpose of this Statement is to explain in a simple
way how we collect your personal data, what types of personal
data we collect, on what grounds and for what purposes we

regarding managing your privacy settings, and your rights

The YRS Personal Data Protection Policy complies with Regulation

Regulation”), as well as the legislation of the Republic of

The controller is YACHT REPAIR SHOP, Lučica 1, 21000 Split.
The company is not subject to mandatory appointment of a
Data Protection Officer. The company has not voluntarily
appointed a Data Protection Officer.
